The app for Vinted resellers, from the listing to the margin
Selling a lot on Vinted? Postfast writes your listings from a photo — title, description, hashtags — and tracks what Vinted never shows you: your net margins and your stock.
Selling faster on Vinted when you list item after item
When you post ten, twenty or fifty items a month, the photos are not the slow part: writing a sharp title, a full description and the right hashtags for every single piece is. The result is either rushed listings, or whole evenings spent typing.
Postfast is the app built for Vinted resellers who want to sell faster: photograph the item, the AI writes the listing, you only have to read it over and publish. The real gain comes next — Postfast tracks your margins and tells you whether you are actually making money, which Vinted does not.
Writing a Vinted listing from a photo
From your photos, the AI identifies the item and writes a listing ready to paste into Vinted:
Title + description
A clear, searchable title and a description that puts the brand, the size, the condition and the details up front — no waffle, no typos.
Hashtags that fit
Hashtags in line with how people search on Vinted, generated automatically so your items surface better.
Estimated price
A starting price range backed by real comparable sales, so you neither undersell nor sit there unsold.
You stay in control: every field is editable before you publish. You can also set the tone, and choose whether to include emojis and hashtags, in your settings.
From photo to Vinted in a few taps
Let us be straight: Postfast does not publish to Vinted automatically, because Vinted does not open its API to third-party tools. No app does it for you. So we made the copy-paste as quick as it can be.
Photograph the item
One photo or several is enough. Add a free-text note if you need to (size, flaw, accessory).
The AI writes the listing
Title, description and hashtags are generated in seconds. You read them over and adjust.
Open Vinted in one tap
Postfast opens the Vinted app and copies the description for you: paste it, add your photos and publish.
Mark it as sold
Once the item sells, enter the price and the fees: Postfast works out your net margin.
Tracking your Vinted margins, which the Vinted app never shows
Vinted tells you how much you have sold, never how much you have made. That is where Postfast earns its place for a reseller.
- Real net margin: every sale is linked to its purchase cost and to the fees, so you see the actual profit — not just the turnover.
- ROI per item and per lot: the cost of a job lot is split in proportion to the value of each piece, so you know what genuinely pays.
- Best and worst buys: what resells well (buy more of it) and what sits in stock or goes out at a loss (clear it).
- Alerts for dormant stock and listings due a relist, plus a CSV export for your bookkeeping — and CSV import of your purchases.
The tracking is the real value.
Plenty of apps write a listing. Knowing whether your Vinted activity is profitable, month after month and category by category, is what Postfast is built for. It is all laid out in our guide to working out your resale margin and ROI.
Setting the right price before you publish
Pricing a Vinted item at random means either underselling it or watching it sit there. Postfast gives you an estimate drawn from the AI and from eBay comparables, plus links to real sales (sold items on eBay, Vinted, Leboncoin) so you can check for yourself. It is a reliable starting point, not a guaranteed truth: the last word is yours. See our page on estimating a resale price.
Even before you buy to resell, Buying mode estimates an item's resale value and the margin you could make at the asking price. Postfast does not tell you what to buy — it helps you decide with real market data.

Frequently asked questions
Can Postfast publish to Vinted automatically?
No. Vinted does not open its API to third-party tools, so no app publishes automatically on your behalf. Postfast opens the Vinted app in one tap and copies the description for you: all that is left is to paste it, add your photos and publish.
How does Postfast work out my margin on Vinted?
By linking every sale to its purchase cost and to the fees you actually paid. You get the net margin and the ROI, item by item and lot by lot — precisely what the Vinted app does not show you.
Does Postfast generate hashtags for Vinted?
Yes. From the photo, the AI writes the title, the description and hashtags that fit how people search on Vinted, all editable before you publish. You can also choose not to include any, in your settings.
Is the price estimate for Vinted reliable?
It draws on the AI and on eBay comparables, with links to real sales so you can check for yourself. It is a solid starting point, not a guarantee: adjust it for the condition of the item and for demand.
Is Postfast free for Vinted resellers?
Yes. The free plan includes 5 generations a month plus 10 free when you sign up, and every feature (margin tracking, CSV export). PostFast Plus gives you generations without limits from €6.99 a month, launch price.
Does Postfast only work for Vinted?
No. It covers 9 second-hand platforms in France, including Leboncoin, eBay, Marketplace, Etsy and Depop. eBay can be published to directly through its API; the others, Vinted included, go through assisted copy-paste.
