Delete my account

In line with the GDPR and the Apple & Google store rules

You can delete your Postfast account and all of your data at any time, straight from the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Warning: deleting your account permanently removes all of your listings, preferences and associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Subscribed to PostFast Plus?

Deleting your account does not stop your subscription. It is billed by Apple or by Google, not by Postfast: only they can stop it. Cancel it first, at least 24 hours before the renewal date:

in Postfast: Profile tab → Manage my subscription, which opens your store's subscriptions page;
or straight from your subscriptions in the App Store (iPhone, iPad) or in Google Play (Android).

Delete from the app

The quickest way is straight from the Postfast app, on your phone or on a computer (postfast.fr/app, same account):

Open the Profile tab

In the app, tap the Profile tab (the person icon, bottom right on a phone).

Tap “Delete my account”

Scroll down to the Delete my account button (in red), just below Sign out.

Confirm

How you confirm depends on how you created your account:

With an email address and a password: enter your password.
With Apple or Google: your account has no password. Just type SUPPRIMER in capitals (the app asks for this French word in every language).

Then tap Delete.

Data that is deleted

Your account and your login details
Every listing you have generated, and its history
The photos in your listings, which are kept on our servers (Supabase Storage, European Union)
Your recorded purchases, stock and sales (profitability tracking)
Your preferences and seller profile
The connection to your eBay account, if you have one (access tokens)
Your push notification token

Photos saved in your phone's gallery stay on your phone: deleting the account does not touch them.

Can't get into the app?

If you have uninstalled the app, you can also sign in on a computer at postfast.fr/app, with the same account.
