Delete my account
In line with the GDPR and the Apple & Google store rules
You can delete your Postfast account and all of your data at any time, straight from the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Warning: deleting your account permanently removes all of your listings, preferences and associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Delete from the app
The quickest way is straight from the Postfast app:
Open the Profile tab
In the app, tap the Profile tab (the person icon, bottom right).
Scroll to the bottom
Scroll down to the Information section and tap Delete account (in red).
Confirm with your password
Enter your password to confirm the deletion, then tap Delete.
Data that is deleted
- Your account and your login details
- Every listing you have generated, and its history
- Your recorded purchases, stock and sales (profitability tracking)
- Your preferences and seller profile
- The connection to your eBay account, if you have one (access tokens)
- Your push notification token
